- An aggressive immature hematologic neoplasm formerly known as blastic nk cell lymphoma, composed of cells with a lymphoblast-like morphology. Recent evidence suggests derivation from a plasmacytoid dendritic cell precursor. Patients present with cutaneous tumors and disseminated disease.
